Car Park Facilities

Most office buildings offer these facilities at a monthly fee. Current season parking fee ranges from S$150 to S$200 per lot per month for office building outside the CBD and S$200 to S$300 per lot per month for office building within the CBD. Allocation of parking lot varies generally between 1,000 sqft and 2,500 sqft of office space to a lot. Tenant can apply for more lots, which are subjected to availability.

Cleaning of Premises

The landlord is required to maintain only the common areas of the office building which includes lift, common corridor, common toilet facilities, air-conditioning, parking lots etc. Cleaning and upkeep of the ofice space itself is the sole responsibility of the tenant. For security reason, the landlord often mandates that the tenant engages the service of the building's own elected cleaning contractor instead.
