Car Park Facilities

Most office buildings offer these facilities with a fee paid by tenant on a monthly or quaterly basis. Currently, this season parking fee ranges from S$150 to S$200 per lot per month for office building outside the CBD and S$200 to S$250 per lot per month for office building within the CBD. We have known of some 'A' grade office even charges as high as S$400 per lot per month. Allocation of parking lot varies between office size of 1,000 sqft and 2,500 sqft to a lot. Tenant can apply for more lots, which are subjected to availability.

Cleaning of Premises

The landlord is required to maintain only the common areas of the building. Cleaning the interior of the office premises is the responsibility of the tenant. For security purposes, the landlord often reserves the right to require the tenant to appoint the building's elected cleaning contractor.
